Northern Ostrobothnia with the exception pf areas west to road E8 in the municipalities of Ii, Kalajoki, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Oulu, Pyhäjoki, Raahe and Siikajoki. Hunting is allowed in the area between roads E8 and 813.
